The Crane has recently opened their brand new Residences in the Park, offering. These rooms are located to the rear of the property and offer Luxurious One and Two Bedroom Residences, and Penthouses.

Penthouse residences feature rooftop pools, dining areas and gardens, and ground floor residences feature waterfall pool, Jacuzzi and outdoor decks for dining. The Standard Park is a spacious 740 sq.ft Residence and features full kitchen, dining and living area, marble bathroom, balcony with garden view.

These residences are undergoing continued development and there will be an intermittent noise factor. The block with Residences for occupancy is completely finished with brand new furnishings and fittings to a very high standard.
